So basically ocelot aren't spawning from spawner but everything else is. Can anyone plz help?

Make sure you have no blocks surrounding it as it might interrupt with spawning of ocelot

ocelot only spawns above layer 63. find a island that have ocelot for quest, its faster.
if you dont have silktouch spawner comand y cant move them.
you need to buy more spawners and put in jungle layer.
