You dont need a rank to pickup spawners as i am aware, you need a pickaxe with silk touch or a silk touch voucher

Your problem solution: -

1. You can claim Mine spawner silk Touch Voucher (seasonal/lifetime). It will allow you to pick/destroy spawner.
2. To mine spawners, you need a Sky VIP (or any rank above Sky Vip) rank in SBD and a Silk Torched pickaxe. (if you do not have Voucher)

You can Buy a rank in SBD from Store; - Here.
Or
Seasonal also work.
