I had a lvl 100 cow spawner which randomly stopped working the only thing that i think might be related was the fact that I placed a single different cow spawner and mined it... After the spawner stopped working I tried placing another spawner outside the grinder which was apparently working just fine. I broke all 100 spawners and put again put a few spawners in the grinder but nothing seems to work.
