What is the suggestion about?

Description:

Prevent everyone from spamming even donators because its annoying and some nonranked use ip changers to make alts to keep spamming so an in chat message delay would help idk why it isnt even a thing anymore​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

it should be added in the next reset. I agree with donators having chat cool downs too like maybe 1-2 seconds and Unranks to 4-5. ( Only when sending the same message )

Also, natty_sword told me that it still can by bypassed. Hopefully they add a cooldown to every message you send, except for staff memebers. Depends on them.

I think it should be you can send three messages in a row now cool down then after those messages there is a 3-5 second cooldown that way if you accually are having a conversation you don't always get annoyed by the cooldown
