Someone tell me how this player gameplay reporting works and also how do i inform a staff in game?

First off, i play kitpvp most of the time. Many many hackers, i try to record everyone and thanks to many of those ranked players and few of the nons who helped me record the hackers. Second, in just half day today the game-play reports I have made exceeded 10 players, i still have many hackers to report that i recorded today and i couldn't record many because of various reasons like they getting kicked when i record, getting killed, etc. Third and the main part, as i said before, i have made 10+ gameplay reports of which, none are checked at all. Not a single one is checked yet, what am i supposed to take from this? Is it fine for staff to not look the reports at all? Becausei definitely have seen staff online in game. Hackers are getting stacked, this is a problem. So please give me a proper answer staff members. Everyone else, you are welcome to drop your opinion but please don't straight up defend this without any proper reason.
Also earlier today, i saw DrogonMC online on bedwars, i went to bedwars asked to party with them, they did send party request however it i couldn't join the party. Did i do something wrong in the process? How do i get an online staff to check on a player?

its ez to report players you have to join here https://jartexnetwork.com/forums/reports.54/ and get a proof about him hacking with 30+fps and good qaulity if you can't record do /staff and go tell them who is hacking or Send them msg thru discord

maybe you didn't fully understand what I said but, I know how to report on forums + obviously I give recording proof for my report and it's 30+ fps.

Mainly you search for a staff in-game with /staff
If you dont find a staff then report it in forums
Wait patiently for a staff to look on it
Or directly just inform a trial+ staff in discord
There is nothing else to do here
And only helper+ can see Game play reports
So wait patiently

you don't necessarily need 30 fps in your proof

It might be because you were already in your party. Next time when staff invites you disband your party if it says that you are already in a party

I'm sorry to hear that a staff member hasn't checked your reports yet. I'll make sure to look into it.
Whenever you see hackers online you can /staff and see who's on. You then /msg them asking for help. Tell them directly - "gxbster is hacking with killaura on prison, please come check asap" (example). However, if no one is online, you can join our Discord server and message one of us directly.
