Someone take my sword on my inventory

Hello. First of all sorry for my english i'm french player. I make this theard to said you my sword was keep on my inventory the 12th october at 20:40, I don't know who have taking my sword but i'm sure i don't drop this sword and I don't die, I never touch my keyboard because i spamclick my mousse and i watch youtube video. I paid this sword with IRL money so I would be refunded or the person who taking give me back.
