Do you guys feel the staff's response times are acceptable for a large professional server that is collecting bands every day?

Bro you got no idea whats happening here, stay out. rn its like he got scammed off his money and he isn't getting the rank or a response from server side.

I feel it's okay, as long as they still help even fi they take some time, besides, I am a patient person so it's fine

Well they are slow but theres nothing you can do about it
If you thing you want to bring some change then apply for trial

Also if you want quick help from staff go to [Help and Support] Voice channel on Discord which in my experience is fastest way to get staff attention in my opinion

And to support your arguement here are the reponse times from what I have observed on discord DMs and Forums

Avg Response Times

Trials: 1 hour
Helpers: 6 hours
Jr mods: 6hours - 1 day
Mods: minimum 1 day to never
Sr mods: 7 days minimum
Manager: 15 days
Owners: 2-3 months

I honestly dont care anymore after how long they respond as long as they are getting the work done and apologizing
Your arguement is like saying "Jartex is lagging so much, even tho they are getting paid, they should just by more servers"
They are doing the best they can and theres only so much they can do
Hope you realize that and move on

Trial: 20-40 mins
Helper: 1-20 mins
Jr.Mod: 30-60 mins
Moderator: 30-60 mins
Sr.Mod: 2-8 hours
Manager: You're lucky if you dont get the "BRB"
Owners: Depends on the situation.
