We all know, if you win a round of skywar, eggwar, etc , you got a firework win effect
I think, more win effect is better then just firework
maybe you can ride an ender dragon, alot exploding TNT or something like that
to unlock it, you need alot kills in skywar, or maybe buying a donator rank

How could this help to improve JartexNetwork?:

there must be alot person wanted a cool win effect, and they will try hard to got alot kills in some gamemode​

Ender Dragon, no possibility (unless it is), and the exploding TnT's, that'll cause massive lag, but still. +1!

Jartex might add the TnT explosions at the end if the server will become less laggy, and also the enderdragon might be possible by coding.
