As we know telepathy is a pickaxe enchantment that makes items go straight to our inventory , my suggestion is that we have it on more tools as it may make more sense , Telepathy Is a very useful enchantment to have and that's why we need it on more tools.​

How could this help to improve JartexNetwork?:

It would help Jartex network by making it making more sense for being on one tool.​
