This is a suggestion of luck and payment.
You will basically get this ORB because of luck which requires keys and keys require buying but at the same time why would someone spend so much time trying to get this thing, if you think about it all other enchants than Overload, Hulk IV, Hardness IV, Voodoo III, Freeze V are useless as these are most powerful custom enchants on armor.
Anyways all this mainly comes with luck and spending your money on useless ORB.

If you are really trying to look into making armors more powerful then why not adding other custom enchants than hulk IV.
