BedWars Skins show up as broken

Apologies if this thread was posted in the wrong section but I couldn't find one that would fit for this issue and bedwars is the gamemode I tend to play on the server. Okay so I have premium minecraft but my friend doesn't so we play or Jartex together but I have an issue to see skins. For most players their skins seem 'broken', it's like a steve but some parts and transparent and broken. Is there anyway I can fix this? I'm not able to get a screenshot right now so I just found and attached a picture I found online of the broken skins.

It's your texture pack, you're probably using 32x/x64. Use x16 texture pack and the Steve/Alex skins should show.

That is texture pack 100% as swervinng said. I mean use it if you don't mind it.

Thanks! I switched to a 16x pack and it fixed the problem.
