How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

why i believe adding simple voice chat make the game play 10 times fun and interactive with players.... like lets be honest most successful sever like donunt smp that has over thousands of players that 80 percent of them like using simple voice chat and yes it has downs because of people cursing but i thought of this idea, what if reporting them had a feature that records there voice 2 min ago and show them prove if they cursed and someone who reported needs to wright what they said. thats my idea thanyou
