Sign shop glitch

Someone can sell me a normal tripwire hook at my sign shop for rare crate key,also chest for loot mining boxes. I'm pretty sure this happen to all people with shop sign. can the admin fix this?,pls.

Hello gingguji,

This happened to all players who have shop sign and this happened because the /iteminfo of keys and other items have been changed the only thing you can do is change your shop signs again or report it as a bug because this already happened multiple times.​

well then let alone minecraft many games in fact all games have some sort of bugs at some point doesnt mean we stop playing ;-;
