showing that im banned but staff says im not banned

I have problems connecting with the server, when I join its saying I'm banned but I filed a Unban report someone checked it and said it is a router problem but i restarted my pc and router still I cannot join, I have also created ticket by dm'ing a staff I still got no reply I submitted the conflict on Sunday and today is Saturday. if anyone doesn't believe me here is screenshot

Hey! First of all, this screenshot does not lead anywhere. Second of all, be patient and a staff member will surely reply to you once they are able to do so. You can message any of them on discord.

Hello _Unamed!

I'm sorry to read that you cannot join the Network even if you aren't banned. To be able to log in back, you have to contact a Sr Mod on Discord or on Forums explaining your issue!

I hope you will soon be able to play back JartexNetwork!
