How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

A common problem when making suggestions on the forums is that people who dislike your idea mostly just leave a down vote and never explain why they are against it. I think showing who has up/down voted a suggestion would encourage constructive criticism and bad suggestions can be edited and become good additions to jartex.​
