when im log off i have 3 of my armor stand with ruby set citrine and half gf set in my cell but when im log on 1hr later 3 of it gone and i try relog a few times but it didnt come back

If you placed any entities such as armor stands on your cell it will be removed right after you left your cell or log off, Just put your sets or suits on chests or player vault.

I've reviewed your post & here's my response.

Cell-Issue.
This isn't Confirmed as of yet but due to Previous seasons, People had the following Perk.

• To access an armor stand regardless of being the owner of the Cell

The Only thing that can happen is either one of the Two

• Either you were Robbed by Someone, who visited your Cell & Took the items
• Your Items simple Clear lagged (Entity Removal) or were Removed on Reboot

I hope this Provided sufficient information regarding your Query
As for You "Quitting", even for an Early player, the items didn't have much value to Quit over.
