Solved SERVER PROBLEM

Hello Good Day

Today I found this problem every time I go in to play after a few minutes I get this message and it takes me off the server and I can't play. Why does this happen? and what I have to do to fix it.

The console often false bans/kicks players due to lag. Ask a staff member with screenshare role to unban you.

Though I find it suspicious how the console bans you so often as you claim

The anticheat sometimes makes mistakes, but during my time as a staff, I have realized it is actually quite accurate. Please contact a Helper+ with the "Team Screenshare" Role to screenshare you. If you have high ping, that could also be the case.

If whenever I entered a game I would get stuck with the ground and I would go back to the same place and almost not let me walk and then I would get out of the server. Thanks for your answers

If this really happens to you, this is because of your Internet connection and because you are far from the Host server that is located in France.

i suggest if you get stuck in a block or in the air log out to not get banned

If it is happening after day by day then i suggest you should consult a staff about this he/she can help you.
