Uh like 15-10 CPS, depends on the time and my energy.

I am haveing above 300 ping which is fine but most of my friends have moved on to diffrent server getting annoyed due to lag if any solutions I can do to prevent lag please tell

Yeah, just noticed that the server tends to freeze completely, and rubberbanding is really frequent. I don't know why it happens.
