Server being a bit laggy

So I was casually playing jartex as always then this happen, so the server became laggy and laggy to the point that I cant hit the players in bedwars, they look like they have reach hax but unfortunately it's not. my wifi is good, my pc is not powerful but it can handle it. Any ways to fix this?

no ways! probably if your network is good , then everyone will face the lag issues like you! , Have a Great Day!
