I see a lot of post saying that staff false ban players and the fact that a few special ones don't know the difference between being legit and hacking. Why don't staff screen share players before banning them? It will remove a thing that's called false bans.

Screensharing isn't the only way they can tell if your hacking. They have stuff behind the scenes working to see if you are hacking, and to be honest, there are so many factors contributing to that which means screensharing is almost useless...

Hello,

Thanks for your suggestion. We don't screenshare people that for some reasons.
  • It takes a lot of time
  • People don't like to share their private files
  • We will have to make a connection with players, which allows them to resolve our IPs quite easily.
Also we don't want our staff to cause any problems whilst screensharing, that's why we only let SrMod+ screenshare.
I hope you can understand our problem a bit, if you have a further suggestion how we could easily solve these problems, we'd be happy to hear them.
I hope I've informed you enough.

Regards,

Not the anti cheat for sure.
Screensharing is the most effective way to be sure if someone is hacking.

Mustafa Mustafa YOU DON'T NEED TO SCREENSHARE, there are so many other ways to know if they are hacking. Plus it doesn't matter to you. If they have some proof or think you are hacking they can ban, they don't want to risk having hackers.

I honestly think there is something wrong with you.

I just said screensharing is the most efficient way.

Also, even my ghost client can bypass the anti cheat and the staff wouldn't even know I've been using cheats.

If they don't want to risk there being hackers, then they're going to false ban everyone.

Hello Mustafa,

We are not going to screenshare every hacker. It takes up to 5 minutes before you get any information about someones version they are using at that moment. If you divide +-2 hours by that that means you can screenshare 40 hackers in your time being online. You can think thats a lot, BUT we have more to do then only screensharing potential hackers.... You would be better of to report players at the forums to get hackers banned instead of complaining that we need to screenshare more...

Cya ingame,
Rene
