some1 created account named yami09 similar like mine (yami08) and tried to scam my friends by asking them stuff (pretending it's me ) how to see his real account ign or is this punishable?

YES, it is punishable and it is called scamming, player impersonation
I hope you have taken ss of those event or atleast your friend have, cause you will need them for reporting these players
Make a report and they will banned for good

well seems like this person you talking bout does exist well if your friends or u manage to collect some evidences regarding him then you can report him in the player report sub forums

also evidences like screenshots or video of the whole minecraft window is much appreciated and qualifies as a good evidence
