Rework Clan Divisions to Better Fit Current Player Activity​

Suggestion Details:

Clan divisions on Jartex Minigame are designed to encourage players to grind toward specific tiers each month in exchange for proportional rewards. At the moment, the divisions are:​
Trainee at 0 trophies
Warrior at 1000 trophies
Elite at 2500 trophies
Master at 4000 trophies
Legend at 5500 trophies, and
Mythic at 7500 trophies.
On top of these, there are rank based divisions such as​
Top 50 (requires at least 5500 trophies),​
along with Top 3, Top 2, and Top 1
While this system worked well when clans were first introduced, it no longer aligns with the current state of the server. By the end of most months, only a few clans actively compete for the top 3 positions. Beyond roughly the top 10, most clans stop grinding once they reach 5500 trophies because they know they have no realistic chance of reaching the top 3.​
This problem becomes more obvious when looking at the actual distribution of trophies. In many months, there are not even 15 to 20 clans that qualify for the Top 50 tier. In practice, the Legend tier barely exists, since clans immediately qualify for Top 50 as soon as they reach 5500 trophies. Similarly, the Mythic tier is effectively redundant. To the best of my knowledge, there has never been a month where 50 clans exceeded 7500 trophies, making this tier unreachable and unnecessary.​
My suggestion is to restructure the clan tiers in a way that motivates mid tier clans to continue grinding.
The tiers from Trainee to Legend should remain exactly the same.
The Mythic tier should be removed
The Top 50 tier should also be removed.
Instead, a Top 10 division should be introduced, with a minimum requirement of 5500 trophies as before. This would make the rankings more practical and ensure that each tier actually appears in the leaderboard rather than existing only in theory.
As a secondary and optional idea, a Top 25 division could also be considered, although it is likely not required. If implemented, it could either have no minimum trophy requirement or a requirement of 4000 trophies, equivalent to the Master tier.​
Another change which would be necessary here is increasing the reward for the Top 10 division to include one Mythical Lootbox. Currently, Mythical Lootboxes are only rewarded to the top 3 clans. Many clans are capable of reaching high ranks but realistically cannot compete for the top 3 positions, which makes Mythical Lootboxes feel inaccessible. While Mythical cosmetics can technically be obtained from other lootboxes, the chances are so low that they are practically negligible.​
Speaking from personal experience, despite reaching the Top 50 countless times over the past five years, I have yet to receive a single Mythical cosmetic. Because of this, what is meant to be a strong motivation for players has instead had the opposite effect, with many players simply giving up on the idea of ever obtaining one. Expanding Mythical Lootbox rewards to the Top 10 would restore motivation and make high tier grinding feel genuinely rewarding rather than discouraging.​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?
This will remove redundant tiers and instead use logical ones. Importantly it will give extra motivation for players to grind to a higher tier.​

Here is a sample distribution before and after implementation of this suggestion, after the suggestion every tier which is set is visible making none redundant.​

In older system about 15 clans used to get more than 5500 trophies, usually 15th clan used to be the last one to get Top 50 tier. As you can see in older implementation, even though legend and mythic tiers are defined, no clan actually has it. This is fixed in newer system, where instead of top 50, top 10 division is used and mythic tier is removed. In older system if someone was in #15 clan, they would have had no motivation to grind anymore as Top 50 is the highest tier they can get, there is no reward for grinding more and no threat from bottom clans as there is enough space for 50 clans. In newer implementation, every clan from #1 to #75 i.e. all the active clans for the season have motivation to keep grinding to either get into the top 10 or defend top 10.​

+1, I think the idea of a rework after years is good.
