Resource pack not working

Ive been wanted to start Jartex survival again but when I try to download the resource pack a message appears telling me I can't download it

Server resource pack must be Enabled

its already enabled on server settings

Check if your in the proper version of Minecraft, which supports survival .
As below 1.14 is not supported .

I know this is an old thread but just wanted to give some advice, I’d really recommend playing on 1.18.2 as there is not as many bugs on there, and that glitch shouldn’t be a problem whilst on that version.
