I think you should make so A mic is required to become like a staff​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

This could bring underaged staff who just act mature so i would just prefer to make like a mic is req​

It says down Voicechat isn't required and my suggestions is to make it required

it is fine how it is, there could be some staff members whom do not prefer to speak in VCs which is completely understandable from their side. It used to be required before and they slightly modified the requirement, although it did say that exceptions can be made if you message a SrMod
