Removing or changing the 10th level's playtime requirement

On survival theres a lot of things to be done which many times confuses players on what to do first.
Doing ./levels is one of the best way to make progress / have fun in survival as it consists on lots of activities with increasing level of difficulties and rewards.
Although on 10th level, one of the requirements states that player should have 4 months 30 days or 3600 hours of playtime which is completely ridiculous seeing not even the topmost playtime reward dont ask for more than 1200 hours. This is causing players to make progress till level 9 and then just being stuck there. Not to forget 4 months 30 days online time is about half of Jartex's last survival season making it almost impossible for players to acheive seeing they will have to be online half of the time for the next 10 months
Please either remove this requirement or reduce it to somewhere around 3 to 6 to 9 hours which would be ideal seeing players must have already spend some time doing previous levels

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?
It would prevent the saturation players will get sooner or later around level 9
and would make the game less frustrating especially for the ones who purchased a PlayerLevel Premium Pass
