What is the suggestion about?

Removing "Caps" from global rules.​

Description:

So as most of you guys know the new chat filter provided us with a new system that prevents you from talking in caps and if you try talking in caps it doesn't let you send the message; therefore this rule is now useless to be in the Rules section:​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

It will just make things tidier and make the Rules page more organized/correct.​

People still find their way around the rules by using kind of techniques to bypass the filter therefore I think the rules will stay the same, as later on players will ask why the chat is preventing them from doing something that isn't in the rules.
