What is the suggestion about?

Removing "Caps" from global rules.​

Description:

So as most of you guys know the new chat filter provided us with a new system that prevents you from talking in caps and if you try talking in caps it doesn't let you send the message; therefore this rule is now useless to be in the Rules section:​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

It will just make things tidier and make the Rules page more organized/correct.​

It still works if you typed like a word in small letters and others with all caps
