Eh, the mob heads gained from those spawners are vital for those or don't pay to play, and player heads really don't serve any purpose aside from whatever they do aesthetically. I can't say I agree with this suggestion as it only makes it harder for non-donators to get anywhere, cuts out a major game mechanic, and favors a system of head collecting more suited to a PVP centered game.
