because there are just so many hackers i dont know if its a hacker or just good i cant tell also sorry for saying those words​

You do not gain anything when you accuse someone of cheating. Instead, you can report them on forums like iGusto_ said. If you are not sure whether the player is cheating or not, you can record them and attach the video to your report. Staff will decide if the player was hacking or not.
