This might be a bug, because this happened too many seasons ago before this one, the pet is Police Pet and same details it can one shot you too in pvp, but this pet got fixed and it just happened to be back this season too, I recommend to report it as a bug with Video evidence so it can be noticed by devs and get it fixed faster.
