hi! im zw_ado.

Recently my accounts got stolen, i appealed for a password reset and got accepted becouse the accounts were actually mine, i had a rank in my inventory and the people that got into my account got it and stole it i was wondering if by any chance there is a way to get it back, the rank i had was a king rank voucher in jartex survival worth kinda alot so let me know if something can be done about it.

a staff member gave me the rank and i was keeping the rank in my /pv and then my account got hacked and the rank was gone when i got the pass reset.

Knight_Rider22 here, I am very sorry to inform you, that unless you purchased the rank from the official store or goldshop, you cannot get it back, ik its not fair, but maybe you can try and make a ticket, maybe there is a chance, if you have proof or testimony that you actually got it and had it.
