Reduce the cost of shears​

Description:

I think you should reduce the cost of shears to 20 because I can just buy a fireball and deal more damage to more sorts of blocks fireballs deal more damage to nore blocks where as the shears only break wool and cost the same as the fireball so maybe you should reduce the price​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

Shears would be bought more.​
