I have a suggestion to make.
Q 1) What is your suggestion?
My suggestion is to reduce endstone price in /shop to $50~$150/ea.
It's some what unique block but $250/ea is too pricey for poor people, and it doesn't have that much value (in island level). netherrack and nether bricks are quite unique, and they cost $10 and $50 respectively. I think endstone should be below $150.
