Inquisitive is one of the most useful CE's in factions, it would be too overpowered to have it unique.
Q 5) Anything else to tell use about your suggestion?
People will probably disagree with me because legendary enchantments are hard to get without inquisitive. But that's how it is supposed to be, its an op enchantment, it should be hard to get.
