i recently purchased gold and i didnt know u had to buy the ranks one by one so i accidentally bought a voucher for a upgrade i cant use, is there any way i could get the voucher refunded for the gold?? so i can get the rank the proper way

I don't know if this is something staff can so something about but if they can maybe try opening a ticket? Depending on what rank upgrade you bought and what rank your looking for its possible someone would be willing to trade you in game as well.
