My unban appeal got denied for the Reason duplicate and i wanted to ask what that means because i don't know what that means so i know what i can do better the next time.

No i send one appeal that was for my alt but then i logged in on my main and got banned so i didn't send 2 appeals for 1 account.

Edit: I just watched, the appeal for my alt got accepted, but the one for my main not. What can i do now?
