I have won 2 cages Slime Cage in Solo and Black Cage in Solo but none of them is in my Inventory is it a bug ? Can a staff help me ?

First of all why you requesting lock... I dont record when i am opening brains and also slime cage is pretty rare and the fact i got it and its not in my inventory its not ok... Maybe a staff should check my thread and not a donor

Here is the think why requesting lock.
Because its just bug you just report it

Yea ok its a bug i should report it but what about my items should i get them ?

Some items are not showing up for a few people dw, if you have unlocked it you will get it sooner or later.

nothing else can be said other than its obviously a bug (or not if u waited sometime you may get in in your inventory) as the community said and experienced as well, staff members wont be able to look is every single thread that is made on the forums
