Uhm every world is same there is no actual difference between the three worlds.
and if its laggy for u maybe its cuz of heads or lag chunk .
idk much about it but ye maybe this is the problem.

Well if u make a base near the world spawn so it will be incredibly laggy so find a place that is less claimed and open.

Well.. I am using Diamond world but I suggest you to go to the resource world for start and a lot of other things.
