Okay so heres the question
For example if theres 2 people in a clan and they got top 50 (550k)

Will the coins get split up (255k each person)
or will everyone in the clan get 550k?

The reward of the divisions, are split among the clan members, so yes the both players will receive 225k coins each. Hope this Helped you.
