Quest not working.

Got a legendary quest and it said to control any outpost for 6 minutes. I then captured the "Mine" outpost and held it for 8 minutes. The quest did not complete. So i went to capture the "Snow" i have been capping that for over 12 minutes and still have not complete the quest. Was it a glitched quest? Did i waste 125 million exp on something that did not work?

It says outposts, so maybe you got to capture them all simultaneously for 6 minutes

I have all 4 and still not completed.

Still have not completed the quest. With proof of all the outpost being over 6minutes.

Is this still an issue? I have the same quest but do not want to risk running it if its not gonna work, to me 25 million exp is a lot...
