I think that's not a "glitch", challenges are there to complete one by one. Like there's a challenge which says "get 25 kills", and also one more challenge which says "get 25 killstreak", so basically there's no point in 2 challenges if you activate both at once because you will finish them at once. Hope you get me, and hope this was helpful.
