No , allowing a client does not mean all modifications of this client is allowed e.g. Labymode is allowed but it has disallowed modifications.
2- what are the risks of sharing my account with other people?
Sometimes people share their accounts with their friends , so their friends can grind for them , we can see that mainly in Prison/skyblock/Faction . In case you are one of those people , you have to know that if your friend got banned in any alt , all your accounts will be banned even though it is not your fault.
3- Can I apply for staff after running out all my 3 times?
Yes ,but first you have to ask a Sr.Mod for a permission otherwise you will get instant denied.
4- If I wanted to report my friend for breaking rules , will staff members share the evidence ?
There are 2 conditions for this :
You have to inform the staff member that "the evidence requested not to be shared" in order to do that along side with the second condition.
The evidence must reveal personal info (like scoreboards in certain games) or cords for bases in faction ect..
5- who can do giveaways?
Any staff member has "Team giveaway" role.
Nathan[Known Member] cause he created the sub-group.
6- Can I change my name in forum?
Yes , Dm Sr.Mod for that.
7- how can I get donor rank in discord/forum?
For discord , you have to link your account in-game with the discord server. First go in-game and go any lobby (except hub) and do this command /linkaccount , it will give you a token copy it and open your discord , go to #linkaccount in the discord server and do /linkaccount (token).
For forum , you have to ask Sr.Mod after linking your account and he will give you the role in forum.
8- I got banned by console and I'm legit , what can I do?
take a screenshot of your ban with the task-bar , go to discord , then dm a staff member with "Team screenshare" role , he will ss you then you will be unbanned if you are really legit.
9- I got banned by anti-bot filter , what can I do ?
For the 100kth times , you are not banned . turn off your Vpn and try again. In case you have no Vpn opened and the problem still exists , restart your router. The problem not fixed yet ? Then screenshot the anti-bot filter with task-bar and send it to #assistance_chat in Jartex discord server , Helper+ will white-list your ip and you will be able to join again.
10- I got banned by staff member , what can I do?
there are 2 cases for this :
Sometimes your ip matches with another banned ip , so you have to
if you are really banned or not , in case you are not banned , just restart your router and enjoy.

if you are banned for ban evading , then ask a staff member to check your alts , you will find your self in the crime of ban evading cause you have been banned before in an alt or one of your friends that shares you the account got banned in an alt. You have to appeal or buy unban. However , you have to appeal with the banned alt name not your with your main.
12- I got banned for charge-back , what can I do?
If you got banned for charge-back and you did the charge-back, you will be permanent banned . If you got charge-back banned and you didn't charge-back, this could be because someone bought you an item from the Jartex shop and they charge-backed which caused you to get banned. To fix this, private message `Gunfire#0001` or `voodootje0#0001` and be patient!

No , but you are still able to message a Sr.Mod to check .

2. The video must show the hacker name clearly which means it should be at least on 480+ quality.
3. The video can not be older than 7 days when reporting and it must be clean of blur areas and must include the scoreboard

2. Submit a gameplay report here and fill the requested data according to your knowledge and the case.

Just like reporting a hacker , but you have to include a very good proof that you got scammed like recording a conversation, also you can use screenshots to report if you have enough proofs.

Same as hacker, you can use screenshots to get him banned by showing some proofs like logs etc click here for report .

Same as reporting a hacker but no need to record a video , screenshots are enough then submit a report here.

First , you have to know that they are not abusing votes at all , they just vote at the right time . It is not something that Jartex can fix. It is related to the voting website itself and we can do nothing about so just learn how to vote .

When you vote to get on vote top , be aware of using different names for each of your forum account and your ingame account , always keep them the same.
Let me tell you a quick story a real one that happened to me :
Before few months I won vote top and got 5 euo , the problem is my ingame is Empity and my forum name is Norking , so the owners pinged the wrong guy thinking that they pinged me while they have just pinged a guy who has a forum name like my ingame name which lead to a big mistake by sending the moneyto wrong guy . Anyways I msged the owners and get my moneyback after 5 days ,but still have to be carefull.

If he keeps doing that for more than 5 times and with no reason , he can get punished for flooding chat even though it is not related to.

Cause you got banned or you have been offline for too long or for another reason you dm a Sr.Mod to know the exact reason.

Yes it is. There are 2 ways to get unbanned without the need to apologise :
1. If you buy unban.
2. If you were recording when you got banned by the staff , uploading the video and using it as an evidence will be enough to get you unbanned.

To report a staff member , you need a very strong evidence like a video or a screenshot depending on what you are reporting them for , also you have to submit a staff report not just a normal player report.
