BedWars PvP method

I want to know that which PvP method is good for PvP in bedwars.
W-Tap or Block-Hit.

I think you should try to dodge the attacks and try to hit the enemy while moving sideward, I tried it so many times and it was very much helpful for me.

I think if I am using a autoclicker than why not use 50+ cps?? Isn't that good
