Pvp Duel Feature
Suggestion Details:
I would like to suggest introducing a Duel System in Jartex Survival that allows players to challenge each other to PvP fights through a request-based system. Since PvP is restricted in "/wild" to protect players and their builds, this feature could provide a safe and controlled way for players to fight without compromising the existing protection system.
The idea is to let players voluntarily participate in 1v1 duels or team-based battles, with both sides agreeing to the fight before PvP is enabled. This would allow players to enjoy competitive combat while keeping normal Survival gameplay peaceful and protected.
How It Would Work
1. 1v1 Duel Requests
Players could send a duel request using a command such as "/duel <player>". The other player would receive a request with options to accept or decline. PvP would only begin after both players agree.
2. Party Battles
Players could also challenge another party to a team fight, allowing friends and teammates to compete together. A command such as "/duelparty <party>" could be used if compatible with the existing party system.
3. Safe Combat Environment
Once accepted, both players or teams would be placed in a temporary duel arena or designated combat instance. This would be preferable to enabling PvP directly in unrestricted "/wild" areas, where other players, claims, and ongoing Survival activities could be affected.
If fighting in the actual wild is technically feasible, the system could instead create a temporary, isolated duel zone at the agreed location. Only the participating players would be able to damage one another.
4. Clear Rules and Protection
- PvP would activate only after all required participants accept.
- Players outside the duel could not interfere with the fight.
- Duel participants could not damage uninvolved players or protected builds.
- Declining or ignoring a request would have no penalty.
- Combat would end automatically when a winner is determined or the duel is cancelled under the system's rules.
- Rewards, if any, should be optional and balanced to prevent abuse.
Additional Features
The system could include customizable duel settings, such as best-of-three rounds, team sizes, and optional wager-free matches. A simple cooldown could prevent players from spamming requests, while safeguards could prevent players from exploiting duels to escape combat or bypass existing Survival rules.
How This Could Benefit Jartex Survival
This feature would give players more opportunities to enjoy PvP without requiring the server to remove its existing restrictions. It could encourage friendly competition, create more interaction between teams, and provide another reason for players to stay active in Survival.
It would also let players settle friendly rivalries through agreed matches instead of risking unwanted fights in normal gameplay. Party battles could create exciting team competitions, while 1v1 duels would give individual players a way to test their skills.

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?
I believe a consent-based Duel System would be a valuable addition to Jartex Survival because it balances competitive freedom with player protection. Rather than enabling unrestricted PvP in "/wild", the server could provide a controlled environment where combat happens only when everyone involved agrees.
This would preserve the safety of normal Survival while introducing a flexible, enjoyable PvP feature for players who want more ways to compete.
