Punishment for using Elytra on PVP arena.​

Suggestion Details:

Hello,
I have been pvping a lot on one block, Whenever I just come so close to killing some guys they just use elytra to just escape the pvp arena or just create a distance and heal up.
Some people use elytra to just run away from me even though im just standing there.
Elytra should not be allowed to be used on the pvp arena, it shoudint at all matter if the person is tagged or not.​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

Its not fair for one person to just fly out just when thier armour is about to break or they bout to run out of gaps.​

Extra Information:

1st offence : 10 days ban
2nd offence : 20 days
etc​

Disallowing elytra from pvp would not be a good solution, as they are used to strategize fights. However, the issue of players using them to escape or take advantage of high grounds that are unreachable without them can always be reported under the Combat Logging and Map Exploitation rules.

I'd say yes, elytra's are widely used in 1.20+ pvp so its nothing "unfair", unless you are playing newer version pvp for the first time.

Having it enabled promotes an insanely negative gameplay style, with players focusing on "hit and run" tactics, rather than playing properly. It's also incredibly frustrating for pvpers, who constantly get their loot from kills stolen by "flying rats" who just zoom in, nick all the loot and then piss off.

Elytras are literally disabled in EVERY 1.20 pvp server, EVEN IN JARTEX (Survival AND lifesteal) (literally the server you staffed on wtf?)

Blud have you fought even one 1.20 fight ever? Elytra enabled is equivalent to having no pearl cooldown in kitpvp, or letting people log out during combat tags.

It's only bannable if they fly OUT of pvp zone, into regular spawn. Why a border wasn't added is beyond me, but we can only question the devs intentions.
