Hey !
JartexNetwork is a place where we enjoy playing together and meet new players and make new friends but ! all kinds of social media isn't safe from fake admins
in this thread i will explain how they do it and what we all should know to protect ourselves from fake admins.

there's been a lot of reports about people who been messaging players and members of and claiming to be a staff member or an admin !
in the process they'll try and do everything they could to make you believe that your account is under attack or being used by another player or hacked,
they might try to convince you by even giving you fake ip addresses or might give you any information about your account that you posted in forums or information that you shared about yourself in the past leading you to believe them and give them your password thinking they will protect your account, please note the following and always remember
-Staff members will never ask for your passwords to help you with any kind of issue.
-Verify your emails in any website you signed up in it.
-Link your forums account with your ingame account.
-Link your discord with your ingame account.
-Report any member claiming to be a staff member to any real staff member.
-Be careful of acting on your own by dealing with fake staff members as it might be used against you.
-If you ever got tricked and got your account stolen please contact a staff member as soon as possible and provide them with the information.
