Prisons - Rule Changes & New Tactics.
Season #17 of Prisons has been chaotic, some action needs to be taken.

Rule Changes:
(The Following are certain restrictions that are meant to be added to the rules as a possible circumstance that will be punished for)

The Previous "ALT Boosting Rule"
People prestige their alts to 25 or above to obtain 5x prestige keys to give to their main accounts including quests & crystals

• The Following should consider as "ALT Boosting" & punishment be given accordingly.
• New: "Prestiging ALT's or other accounts for personal gain"

The Previous "Blacklisted Modifications Rule"
Macro's aren't allowed due to it providing an automated process of progression instead of manual

• The Following should consider as "Using a Macro" & punishment be given accordingly
• New: "Using Scripts/Macros or any sort of automation for personal gain"

Side Note: Update /rules in Prisons

Drugs & Cash:
(Following is an alternate method to provide income for the homeless / poor players in Prisons)

% Vitality:
You obtain a higher vitality by selling drugs to the drugs dealer

• Vitality contributes in increasing the raw amount that you obtain every sell
• This raw amount should be multiplied by the Boosted amount while using boosters as it alone doesn't have that much use
• This does contribute to Tax but not every player has a private mine or access to one.
• Fix the 200% vitality for Kingpin

Selling, Compacted & Drug Limit:
Turns out, start of season is very dry when it comes down to Cash & Vitality, many people ignore vitality & some pay much just to get their hands on drugs

• Fix a Drug Cap for % Vitality
• Allow an excess of Drugs to be sold even after the % vitality has been filled
• Allow Players to compact drugs at the /drugsdealer NPC but every time they lose 10% of their drugs (From every 10 compacted worth you get 9 compacted) This ensures that the GodFather perk is still useful & people are able to sell Compacted ones & normal ones.
• This will allow a more steady & basic approach to gaining some cash for the beginners especially

This provides a better use for the "Drugs Pet" & generally waiting & farming them

Private Mines:
These used to cost around 2-3k Gold for a maxed one, now it's even worthless to consider Purchasing one

• Remove the Small & Medium Sizes of the Pmine (They allow people to bug them & instantly reset their Pmine which makes it more effective then an actually maxed Pmine)
• Allow upgrades for Tax & Beacon/Token %, each Costing around 500 Gold each & caps at 2
• The Tax will be able to be increased with the Upgrade-Tokens to (x3) & Beacons/Tokens can be higher then the ones already present
• The Pm Reset Percentage should be around 70% & to be reduced down to 40% (10% per Upgrade-Token) & the rest from /pm Upgrades

This way, Pmines are still worth & can be improved.
Furthermore:

• Set the Price to 2-3k Gold
• Allow Permissions to Transfer the Pmine to someone else
• Allow Permissions in /pm settings for Setting Tax & Setting Pm Reset Percentage

Extra Backpacks & Quests:
These items have caused too much trouble, including the intense scripting that took place this season

• Restrict Claiming Prestige keys OR obtaining them unless the accounts are Linked.
• Remove the Extra Backpack from Prestige Crate & add it to Seasonal Crates/Lootboxes
• Restrict Quests from /questmaster to only be claimed when accounts are Linked.

Reason for them being only accessible while linked is because people tend to log on ALT accounts & claim them for their own benefit.
To support the further feature:

• Allow Claiming Quests from /Questmaster every 30 Minutes/1Hr

This will provide a use as people can do quests to gain extra loot & at the same time aren't abusing it to an unprecedented level.

Prestige Finder & % Vouchers:
These have been the latest fix in Prisons yet this isn't all that much of a Fix as a Problem at the current moment.

• These should be available from Crates Yes, & as for the new enchantment Prestige Finder, it shouldn't provide as many as it does even on an Hourly bases
• Obtaining them should be more like the KeyFinder Mechanic as with Prestige Finder 2500 You obtain 1 voucher every 10 Minutes
• Reduce the cost of Prestige Finder as it costs well over 4m crystals as of now, to something like 250k which is much more achievable.

The Mining Crate Keys should be the ones that provide 50-75% Rankup Vouchers or are able to but with an Increased Rarity, & the odds of obtaining them via using Prestige Finder should also be significantly rare, as they can be added to Ultra/God keys aswell

• From Levels they should add "25% Rankup Vouchers" To "50% Rankup Vouchers"
• The Ones obtained from Prestige Finder (The 1%-10% should be redeemed upon claiming whilst from crates they would come in item format)

This will make the Prestige Finder enchant useful for ourselves & won't blast the economy, things like the 50/75% vouchers will obviously be in Item format & should be able to be obtained from higher level Crates, just not crates that can constantly be exploited using Scripts/Macro's.

Gift Claiming:
Surprisingly they've made it worse then it was before after the fix

• Create a "Claim All" GIFT option
• Don't exist the menu upon claiming a GIFT

2 Simple & useful Fixes.

Upgrading Pets:
This should've initially been in the game as we need a way to level up our pets!

• New NPC at spawn or at /pets which will upgrade our pets at a Token Cost
• Restrict the amount of Mystery Pet Eggs Bought, To 3 per Linked account for each type of egg.

Restriction is so that people can't abuse it as they do every season & obtain legendary pets like they're nothing
People get access to pets like Ghost & Capy on a mass scale by claiming on ALT's

• Fix Kingpin Rank's Extra Pet Purchase on the /darksoulshop
• The NPC will allow players to upgrade the pet based on rarity but this will cost Tokens/Items & a Specific Pet Level

Example:
Common -> Uncommon: Pet Level 25 + 1024 Bananas/Blueberries
This will scale all the way to Legendary & the pet will require some time (At most a day) to be upgraded to legendary
