I couldn't do the 23rd quest in the -/level system in the prison section, can you help me quests: Harvest 500 Quinine - Harvest 500 weed

you need to harvest them yourself or it will not be counted

Plant the drugs in your cell and farm them. Or you could ask someone to give you access to their cell and let you farm the drugs they have planted.
