Display Player Level and Level Rebirth​

Suggestion Details:

My suggestion is to make player levels and level rebirths visible in /stats, and also display the level rebirth next to the player's level in chat.​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

This would make it easier for players to see their own and other players' progress without needing to ask them directly. It would also give level rebirths more recognition and make it easier to compare progression between players.

I think this would be a nice quality-of-life improvement that makes the leveling system more visible and rewarding.​
