Prison got rollback and everyone's pickaxe got set to lvl 0

I request compensation in tokens it took hours to make that pls help its truly frustrating :C

same here my pickaxe was 100k worth of tokens

Everyone who are online that time got their pickaxes resetted, and they didn't get a compensation either some of it are even worth millions of tokens, I even lost 2 of my pickaxes with almost 300k tokens worth of enchants, nothing we can do about it because if they decided to rollback the server there will be more losses.
